STORY

Baku Yorozu—the invincible agent, Kamen Rider ZEZTZ—fought tirelessly to save humanity from NIGHTMARE, monsters that feed on human dreams. Sacrificing his own body to repeatedly dive deep into the realm of dreams, he ultimately defeated NIGHTMARE of Oblivion that sought to reduce everything to nothingness, successfully saving the world.
Yet, the price was heavy: he was condemned to live in the dream world for all eternity.

And yet, in the final episode of the TV series, Baku opens his eyes with a gentle "Good morning" in the room where his comrades await. How did a man left behind in a dream manage to return to reality?

As an agent for the Top-Secret Defense Organization ZEZTZ, Baku continues to protect the dream world in secret. Realizing the limits of operating solo, Baku decides to hold an "Agent Recruitment Exam."

Rallied by Nem, who caught wind of the news, three candidates enter the fray: Fujimi, Nasuka, and Minami. As Baku stands astonished by these unexpected applicants, Nox and Sieg have also set out on their own, having been the first to sense the greatest threat rapidly approaching the dream world.
